When Design Grows Naturally
Successful for over 50 years, HRS is the largest owner-managed Swiss company and ranks second in the Swiss real estate market. In order to benefit from strategic growth opportunities and optimise its market and existing customer development, HRS decided to refresh its brand.
The aim was to develop a new brand positioning that would highlight the company's quality and character strengths and clearly define its competencies. Derived from this, the outdated brand identity was refreshed and a brand design developed that was equal to its ambition. The solution was to create a brand experience that communicates flexibility, confidence, trust and structure.
Technical Foundation
Hotz Brand Consultants worked closely with the management team to lay the strategic foundation by identifying the brand's drivers of success. Starting with an ageing logo and the colour orange as the only distinctive elements, the visual identity was expanded and enriched with a modernised and simplified logo, a flexible design element and system, a broader colour palette, and a matching typeface system.
A comprehensive rebranding was done across multiple touchpoints, expressing the defined character strengths and preparing HRS to take advantage of the opportunities of digitalisation as a front-runner.
